Stripped Playfield: We strip the complete playfield of parts,hand-clean them,Plastic & star post are new or hand-cleaned.  Metal parts are hand-cleaned and machine polished. Playfield plastics and ramps hand-cleaned and polished  Average Time: 6-14 hrs.

Game-Playfield: After it is completely stripped it will be hand-cleaned and hand polished  Average Time: 2-4 hrs.

Checking all technical parts on playfield: optos, boards, bulb boards, switches aso. will be checked for fully working and if needed get replaced with new ones  Average Time: 3-5 hrs.

Reassembling playfield: replacing all light bulbs, install metal parts (guides, plastics, bumpers, wire forms, screws. Replacing worn out parts. Installing plastics, metal posts, new rubber rings, light bulbs, metal ramps, toys, motors ...  Average Time: 7-14 hrs.

Cabinet: cleaning with a vacuum-cleaner and also by hand from the inside. After cleaning the interior and exterior touch up small nicks, scuffs and scratches in the cabinet finish if needed. There are still some scratches and little damages left at the end.  Average Time: 1-3 hrs.

Coin Door - It will be removed from cabin, disassembled and cleaned. It will not be cleaned perfectly from the inside. The Coin door receves a new painting and protection if needed. The Pinball will be set on "free-play", but get's also 1 Euro Coin Control. Coindoor will be new as possible from outside view.   Average Time: 1 - 2 hrs.

Backbox: will be cleaned from inside, we install new batteries, checking all boards and connectors, replace commutators and condensers  Average time: 1,5 - 4,0 hrs.

Painting: Several parts will be repainted. Area arround the legs, cabin head front, rough edges  Average time: 1 - 6 hrs.

New Cabin Parts: Legs, Screws, Bolts, Screw threds (if needed) playfield glass

New Playfield Parts: Flippers Assemblies, Bumper Adsemblies, wearing parts, bulbs, rubber, most of the screws, steel balls, some playfield plastics and posts if needed, motors, boards aso.

Electronic Parts: 
-checking all electronic parts and circuit boards manually or with analyzer, make sure they are functioning properly, cleaning the boards if needed,
-All wiring and wiring harnesses will be checked for defective wires or connectors
-Removing mounted battery holders and depending on the model install them separately on the inside of cabin
-Installing New Eprom Game Software or choosing the best version
-replacing commutators and condensers depending on the game model

average time: 2 - 5 hrs.

Technical Check and Gameplay Check:  Use all test programms for checking switches, optos, boards and processing things, bulbs and flashers tests, checking bumpers, flippers, displays, solenoids and all electrical and electronic components for long term working. If something fails the test the machine will be re-worked untill everything will work perfect. This full inspection is the most important thing after a new restoration and will be necessary many days before the shipping will be done.  Average time: 2 - 5 hrs. over a few days

Test gameplays: We will make about 20-40 test games before a machine is ready for sale. Fine adjustment will be done and the playfield mirror get's removed several times before the process will be finished. Sometime it could take weeks before we are 100% glad with the machine. We expect a perfect working machine better than new!  Average time: 5 - 10 hrs. over a few days
